Cast acrylic pressure vessel tubes are rated from roughly 20 m to 250 m depending on diameter and length. Anodised aluminium tubes are rated to 1,000 m, and aluminium watertight enclosure boxes to 300 m. Depth-rated syntactic buoyancy foam is available in 500 m, 1,200 m, 1,500 m, 2,000 m, 3,000 m and 6,000 m grades. The subsea enclosure selection guide works through the material and sealing trade-offs.
The Blu-Thrust range of brushless underwater thrusters, rated to 300 m, in both non-ESC and integrated-ESC variants. The Z60 class delivers up to about 4 kgf of forward thrust at 24 V and weighs around 245 g; the Z80 class delivers up to about 5.3 kgf and weighs around 500 g.
