Every role below is full-time and based at our Pune works. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the engineering and technician roles — what matters is that you can work from a drawing and finish what you start.
Technical Manager – Electronics
Lead technical and business development across DRDO, the Armed Forces, defence PSUs and government organisations — from understanding a customer's requirement through compliance statements, tendering, trials and delivery.
Electronics and Communication Engineer
Design, build and test embedded electronics — sensor and communication integration, PCB debugging, schematics and BOMs — for data-acquisition, automation, defence and underwater systems.
Drone Engineer
Design, build, integrate and fly UAV systems for government, defence and research work — multirotor, fixed-wing and VTOL — from concept and simulation through assembly to field testing.
Mechanical Engineer
Take designs from CAD through prototype and into a working product — enclosures, fixtures and assemblies for drones, underwater systems, automation equipment and defence hardware.
Electronics Technician
Bench work building the hardware we ship — assembly and wiring of products and control panels, through-hole and SMD soldering, cable harnesses, and functional testing to approved test procedures.
Mechanical Technician
Shop-floor work turning drawings into hardware — assembly and fitting, fabrication and finishing, dimensional inspection, and the sealing work that keeps underwater enclosures watertight.
