Summary

Vebix Automation LLP is seeking an Electronics and Communication Engineer to design, develop and test the electronic and embedded systems inside its products — data-acquisition, automation, defence and underwater systems, and the boards, sensors and communication links they are built from. The role is open to fresh graduates and to diploma holders with three to four years of relevant experience.

Description

Vebix Automation LLP is a Pune-based MSME and DPIIT-recognised startup working in defence, industrial automation, embedded electronics, underwater systems, drones, robotics, data-acquisition systems, cable assemblies and indigenous product development.

The engineer designs, develops and tests electronic and embedded systems: selecting and integrating sensors, microcontrollers and communication modules, and doing the testing, debugging, soldering and fault diagnosis that goes with bringing a board up. Wiring diagrams, schematics, BOMs and technical documents are produced alongside the hardware rather than after it.

Electronics do not ship on their own, so the role also covers integration with mechanical assemblies, coordination with suppliers for components, PCBs and cable assemblies, and support through prototype development, inspection, field trials and customer demonstrations. Test reports, compliance documents and project records are part of what is delivered.

Minimum qualifications

  • B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics, Electronics and Telecommunication, or Electronics and Communication Engineering, as a fresher or with up to one year of experience, or a Diploma in Electronics or E&TC Engineering with three to four years of relevant experience.
  • Analogue and digital electronics.
  • Communication protocols such as UART, RS-232, RS-485, CAN, SPI and I²C.
  • Ability to read technical drawings, datasheets and tender specifications.
  • Willingness to travel to vendor and customer locations when required.

Preferred qualifications

  • Embedded systems and microcontroller-based product development.
  • PCB testing and electronic fault diagnosis.
  • Sensors, instrumentation and data-acquisition systems.
  • Arduino, STM32, ESP32, Raspberry Pi or similar platforms.
  • PCB design software, LabVIEW, Python or C/C++.

Preference will be given to candidates who can join at short notice.
