What we do

Harnesses, and the documentation that makes them repeatable.

We design, document and build rugged cable harnesses and assemblies for naval and defence applications, including electrical and fibre-optic casing, flange and coupling work for Indian Navy ship systems, and flask and turbine cable assemblies for submarine and torpedo systems.

A large part of this work is reverse engineering: taking an existing imported assembly with no available drawing set, establishing what it actually is — conductor schedule, screening, connector standard, materials, environmental rating — and producing the design documentation, assembly plan and test procedure needed to manufacture it locally and repeatably.

How we work

The drawing set is the deliverable.

For harness work the documentation matters as much as the hardware. Wiring schedules, connector pin-outs, materials and part numbers, routing and clamping detail, and the continuity and insulation test procedure are what allow a second unit to be built identically two years later by someone who was not there for the first.

Assembly planning covers the practical detail that decides field reliability: strain relief, bend radius, screening continuity, backshell termination and how the harness is supported along its run.

Every assembly is tested to a written procedure — continuity, insulation resistance and, for fibre, optical loss — with the results recorded as part of the delivered documentation.

The assembled and tested harness, plus the full manufacturing package: wiring schedule, connector pin-outs, materials and part numbers, routing and clamping detail, and the assembly sequence.

Test documentation accompanies every unit — continuity, insulation resistance, and optical loss where fibre is involved — recorded against the written procedure so the results are auditable rather than asserted.

For reverse-engineered assemblies the package also carries the investigation record: what the original was measured to be, what was substituted and why, and the equivalence rationale for any material or component that differs from the imported original.
