Mechanical design
Design and development of a battery-operated automatic golf kit trolley
An automated battery-operated golf trolley taken from chassis design and material procurement through to mechanical and electrical assembly.
The requirement
The problem this answered.
An automated trolley had to carry a real load over uneven ground on battery power, which is a structural problem as much as a control one.
Constraints and operating environment: Outdoor, uneven ground, battery powered.

Vebix scope
What we did.
An automated, battery-operated trolley was developed from mechanical chassis design and material procurement through to final assembly. The project balanced the practical needs of automated movement with a durable physical structure.
The mechanical and electrical aspects were coordinated during system integration, with client discussions used to keep the automated functions and structural performance aligned with user requirements.
