What we did.
The project involved detailed mechanical design of a six-axis robotic arm, including consideration of joint torque, payload capacity, and operational reach. The design process supported a robust mechanical structure suited to controlled industrial motion.
Work also included the integration of the chassis with servo motors, encoders, and control circuitry; fabrication and procurement of precision components; and evaluation of structural locking mechanisms. Designs were refined around practical material availability and manufacturing constraints.
